This Luxembourg Maritime Code, offers in a unique portable format, a collection of major applicable Statutes, International Conventions, and EU legislation in the field of maritime law and shipping. Following the thematic architecture of the Luxembourg Maritime Law, it brings together relevant National Legislation and International Conventions. Each Part is introduced by comments referring to major European Union Court of Justice decisions and to academic references. This Code is of special interest not only to lawyers and accredited maritime managers, but also to investors and bankers involved in shipping finance.
