Larcier's commentary on the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) offers the reader a pragmatic, concise and workable insight on each of the Articles of this important new legal instrument. The ATT is focused on the regulation of the international trade in conventional arms and the prevention of the illicit trade and its diversion. The authors participating in this commentary are academics and experts on the international trade in conventional arms, some who were involved in the negotiation of the treaty.
